60 Minutes of Your Day (should probably be your first 60 minutes of the day).

Should Be.

  • Deep Work

  • Sprint or Walk (Any Physical Exercise

  • Cold Shower

  • Drink Water

I used to procrastinate on anything. And sometimes I still do, but when you feel procrastination, you should just immediately go ahead and do it.

“This Week-Cut the noise. Do the hard thing first. Get 1 Percent Better, because NOW it’s Non-Negotiable.”
